After we receive your qualified application, a listings agent will check the status of the apartment(s) you inquired about to see if there was a deposit made or if the apartment is committed to another client. The agent sends that information to your rental agent and you will be contacted by phone. Your agent will make sure to know of what you would like and arrange an appointment to view the apartment(s) you were interested in and will have others to view as well.
